Gifts Survey

To All Who Attend Momentum Christian Church:

We would like to help each person identify the spiritual gifts that our Lord has blessed you with. A number of attendees have already discovered these blessings by completing a gift survey.  If you haven’t, we are making this survey available to you. You can pick up a survey at the rear of the sanctuary on Dorothy’s Info Table, or see Rosie Daley.

Since we are created to glorify God by serving others, it is important to discover our personal spiritual giftings. After you complete the survey, please submit the last page (with the Tabulation Chart on it), to Rosie Daley or leave it with Dorothy at the Info Table.
