Dave & Missy DeVlaminck
Our Lead Pastor, Dave DeVlaminck, and his wife, Missy, have been married for 35 years and have served together in ministry for more than 30 years.
Their passion for the lost and the family of God is evident in the way they serve Christ. They both have tender hearts to see people come to know Christ in a real way that produces fruits of righteousness and good works.
Having served for many years as a youth pastor, Pastor Dave continues to be actively involved in youth, men’s, and children’s ministries in terms of equipping leaders for the work of the ministry in reaching the next generation. Missy also continues to be actively involved in leading the women’s ministry and teaching in the children’s ministry. Pastor Dave and Missy have served the congregation at Momentum Christian Church for 14 years.
Pastor Dave attended Hebron Ministerial Institute in Waverly, New York for two years and Light University in Forest, Virginia for two years. He is also a Christian counselor and holds credentials with the American Association of Christian Counselors.
Pastor Dave and Missy have five adult children, Shelby, Lizzy, David, two sons-in-law, Michael and Jake, and one beautiful granddaughter, Margot Kate!
One of Pastor Dave’s favorite quotes is, “We don’t serve Jesus because He makes our lives better. We serve because He is better than LIFE.”
