Momentum Christian Church exists to teach, equip and disciple individuals, young and old, to live Christ-inspired lives. We promote, support and stand alongside strong Godly families. Then, together in true community, we will become a local church family and members of the Body of Christ who will seek to reach the lost, poor, needy and brokenhearted through the Holy Spirit who dwells in us. We are passionate about people and our God, who has created them. We are called to be a lifeboat to the lost and broken, not a cruise ship unto ourselves.
Momentum Christian Church Membership Covenant is birthed out of our love for the church body and its individual members whom we hope will experience the fullness of joy, which is found in the presence of the Lord. The primary purpose of this covenant is to serve as a teaching document with three functions:

To clarify the biblical obligations and expectations for both the elders of Momentum Christian Church and the individual members of the Momentum Christian Church body.

To establish teaching and doctrinal parameters for the M.C.C. body.

To serve as a tool for reflection and growth toward holiness.
Each of these functions is in accordance with the document’s overall vision to provide an accessible explanation of the Scriptures in hopes that Momentum Christian Church would grow in the grace and truth of Jesus Christ.
The Momentum Christian Church Membership Covenant is composed of a section on the Church, the nature of covenants, a Statement of Basic Belief, the Statement of Theological Distinctives, the obligations of the Momentum Christian Church elders to the M.C.C. body, and the obligations of members to the M.C.C. body.
